- Bruce A. Broillet on “The Power of the Spoken Word: Emptying the Waterfall,” under Track I – Trial Tactics: Evidence, Themes and Strategies to Tell Your Client’s Story From Opening to Closing Arguments.
- Date: Friday, Nov. 19
- Time: 3 to 5 p.m.
Similarly, the following of our firm’s attorneys have the privilege of moderating two panels at the convention:
- Geoffrey S. Wells will be moderating Track II – Product Liability, Defective Design/Manufacturer, Distribution, Amazon, and Other New Areas of Liability.
