Eaton Fire Attorneys
Did You Lose a Loved One or Property in the Eaton Fire?
Our California wildfire lawyers were among the first law firms to file a wrongful death claim against Southern California Edison arising out of the devastating Eaton Fire, which started on January 7, 2025, and is still burning near Altadena, California.
At Greene Broillet & Wheeler, LLP, we have always used our legal practice to support and represent people who have lost so much to terrible accidents and tragedies.
In the past, we were the only firm that represented family members of each and every person who passed away in the Woolsey Fire, one of the most destructive fires in California’s history, and we are currently working with local counsel in Maui to represent those who were harmed by the Lahaina/Maui Fire.
Call (866) 634-4525 right away if you need to talk to an attorney about losing a loved one or property to the Eaton Fire in Southern California. Initial consultations are entirely free.
Eaton Fire’s Death Toll Climbs
At the time of this writing, the official death toll for the Eaton Fire, as reported by Cal Fire, is 16 civilian fatalities. The fire is not yet contained, and gas leaks, scattered debris, and significant structure damage have made it dangerous and complicated to search the area, which includes at least 4,600 destroyed structures. It is feared that the death toll could increase significantly in the following weeks.
Greene Broillet & Wheeler, LLP offers our sincere condolences to the families of those who have passed away in the Eaton Fire, and to all who have been affected by this tragedy in any way. In fact, members of our firm have also lost their homes during the recent fires.
